Everything was great, just the first check in had too many technical problems (air conditioning, water faucet, phone...)

My family had a short vacation here and was very satisfied. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is lovely, the food at the restaurant suits my taste and the prices are reasonable. The refreshment counter is a bit expensive but delicious. I like the coffee here. The scenery is beautiful so you can take lots of virtual photos.

Beautiful resort, close to the center, clean and beautiful beach right next to the bustling Dinh Co beach. However, I am not satisfied with the room arrangement of the resort. My family arrived after lunch, wanted to check in to rest because there were elderly people and children, but had to wait nearly 2 hours to check in, and some other families were similar. Meanwhile, guests in groups who arrived more than 1 hour later were able to check in immediately. Why are rooms given priority to large groups when my family had booked and paid in advance but had to wait. I will not return even though I quite like the space of the resort.

Suitable for families with small children. Large swimming pool with separate area for children to play. Clean, beautiful and quiet room space. Small separate living room and then bedroom. Next to Dinh Co. If you want to eat delicious seafood at night, it's a bit far. Across Phuoc Hai embankment, there is Quy Map restaurant with delicious and cheap food.

Everything is fine. The only thing is that the natural beach is too close to the locals and there are too many people coming so it feels like there is no privacy.

beautiful resort. right on the beach. clean and spacious rooms. airy grounds, with a play area for children. overall 9 points minus 1 point when calling the reception before checking in is very difficult.

Extremely friendly staff, delicious food, airy and clean space

The resort allowed karaoke speakers to be brought in to sing right at the bar, which was very noisy and affected the experience. The female bar staff's attitude towards customers was also not good. When bringing drinks to customers and asking what they were, they said they didn't know. The beach was also a public beach and not very clean.

I have been here twice a month, very satisfied with the experience from the staff to the service.

I booked 2 sea view rooms, because I booked close to the departure date and it was on the weekend so it was quite expensive. * Satisfaction points: - location: close to Dinh Co, close to the sea - campus: green, lots of trees, fresh - has a small swimming pool that kids quite like - breakfast is just enough to satisfy - nice, clean room although not very spacious but quite ok - staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, support customer feedback well. - the food at the restaurant is delicious, quite ok, my mother likes the restaurant's sea bass, I like beer and pizza. - I had 2 meals at the restaurant and 1 time outside: comment, the restaurant's food is much more delicious than outside, however, the seafood is limited so I chose 1 meal outside, however, the restaurant's price is equivalent and the food is very delicious, although there is not a variety of seafood but a variety of other dishes, such as European and Asian. - the beach is shared but in the morning there are staff working hard to clean. * Not satisfied: - Poor soundproofing - The 2 rooms I stayed in were close to the park, people often encroached on the resort grounds to sit and avoid the sun, then drank and sang karaoke, which was very noisy, and I couldn't take a nap. At night, people hung hammocks right on the tree next to the room, sat and played, then joked and cursed until morning, and couldn't sleep. I reported it and was supported very quickly and enthusiastically, and the check-out time was extended, but I think the hotel should have taken measures because this is a huge minus point of the resort. Note: I hope the resort will take measures to improve because I find this a pretty ideal place for me and my family. I will definitely come back.

My family and I had a perfect vacation here. Cool green space, close to the beach. Warm swimming pool, can swim for a long time without getting cold. Enthusiastic staff. Convenient location, there are many restaurants near the resort, no need to drive. Breakfast buffet has a few dishes. Suitable for those who like Western food!

The staff here are very enthusiastic, speak softly, and help with everything I need. I lost my slippers at the swimming pool. The staff also helped check.
