The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the AC is cold, and the hot water is flowing smoothly. We've stayed here twice during transit in Jambi.

It's okay for transit. The room is quite clean. There is AC and hot water. Only the shower is broken, even though you only need to replace the hose.
