There are lots of sawang on the bathroom ceiling as Javanese people say, the staff are very friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the sound from outside and from the next room can be heard very clearly so it's a bit uncomfortable

We happened to get a room with no AC, the noise from the pub was loud enough to be heard in our room, and it happened to be raining that night, so water seeped into the room from the balcony. In the morning, the cleaning service was in the next room, playing loud dangdut music, which really disturbed our rest, and we immediately checked out.

The rooms are clean and the sheets and other things are always changed, the food in the restaurant is more varied and delicious, the car park is spacious and close to the city center.

The first night we stayed in a superior room, but unfortunately, this room had no view and the window faced the hallway and another room. The next day, we upgraded to a deluxe room, which had a view overlooking the city. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you to the security guard and the hotel staff (sorry, I don't know their names) who helped us find a room with a window to the outside because my parents and I are claustrophobic and can't be in enclosed spaces. To the receptionists, please improve your service and avoid making things difficult for guests when they need a room with a view. Why are guests only allowed to see the room from the outside with the door closed, but not the inside? Luckily, there were staff there to help us see inside. Overall...we loved staying here. The parking lot is spacious and there's plenty of food outside. The mosque is also nearby for Friday prayers.
