I pity the front desk for their hardworking and check located at car parking level 3 , parking not free as well and you must enter your car in the parking to check in there is no parking outside before checking in, the apartment located at level 6 am and the bar loud music and also upstairs guest music till morning 9:30 am , check out must change to 12pm not 11am too short for us but we did it before 11am and there is a notice via WhatsApp about the check out or will be deducted from your deposit, I had requested from front desk to check out late but they informed me we are fully booked and we can’t accept late check out , I search on that day and the same apartment is available for that day I requested for late check out. Take care of your apartment and put some plates and cutlery for your guest

Check-in method was shady at first, but the woman serving me the keys was friendly. Room was decent for the price. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, but not soundproof and there is bugs occasionally. Do check-out earlier than 11am because the elevator ride will be long due to the crowd.

Quiet and calm to rest

Check in - There were no clear instructions - we had to memorise which floor to go (you need to take 2 different lifts). Room - wasn’t soundproof (heard loud voices from the hallway and it was so disturbing!). Cleanliness - Walkway was really dirty, towels given was with holes. Floors and walls were also very dirty. Bedsheets were dusty too. Check out - required to check out by 11am or else they are going to take away your deposit without consent. Lift were not accessible - we waited for 1 hours just for the lift! That means you will need to leave the room by 9.30am to avoid your deposit being taken away! Conclusion - will never book this anymore and please avoid this place at all cost unless you enjoy these tortures.

Everything ok instead of the room cleanliness & the soundproof

This hotel is dirty and has a strong smell of urine. It was really filthy and a very bad experience. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but the hotel staff were smoking in the hallway.

The hotel is nice and the price is affordable.

The accommodation is quite far from First World Plaza, but a shuttle bus (RM6-7 per person) or Grab Taxi is available. If you're traveling with two or more people, it's best to take Grab. The rooms are nice and clean. There are plenty of eateries around the apartment.

Recommend for a picnic with family and friends, next time will come back here again.
