My experience staying at room 5 was not satisfactory. - There was no AC remote to adjust the temperature. - There was only one power outlet far from the bed. - The bathroom smelled of urine, the toilet flush didn't work, the shower hook was broken, the bath towels weren't clean and white, and there were no toiletries. - The service was good. The quality of the room needs to be improved.

Good location in the middle of the city near Jamtos, staying there only given 1 towel, no soap, toothpaste, and mineral water. No breakfast. The toilet flush water is clogged, forced to use a dipper.

The staff was very friendly, I arrived at the hotel after check-in time, namely 02.30 in the morning, it turned out that the staff had placed their cell phone number in front of the gate, when the hotel staff called immediately the gate was opened, and they still wanted to come in and stay.
