I am a regular guest at this hotel (in 1 week (every week) can stay at this hotel 2 or 3 times). Everything is OK except the soundproofing. It is too noisy in the room when the hotel is full of visitors. Small children screaming in the next room is very clearly heard so it disturbs sleep & comfort of rest. For VIP parking, different security has different treatment. If someone knows that I am a regular guest, they will be given VIP parking, if they don't know that I am a regular guest, they will not be given VIP parking even if the VIP parking is empty, sometimes disappointed because my husband's leg has just finished surgery, he can't walk too far, but I never complain about parking matters. Hopefully this will be a correction... Thank you.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious, assisted by a friendly and agile receptionist, polite security, and helped unload my luggage from my car. The room smells clean and is spacious, the breakfast is delicious and complete, the swimming pool is also clean, and the best thing is they have a shuttle for delivery from the hotel to the KNO airport, highly recommended for this Dprimahotel, the price is friendly for staying here for those who have an early morning flight like me😍

The room smelled of cigarette smoke at first glance.

I arrived in shabby and messy clothes, as I was only stopping by to sleep. From the security guard at the gate to the staff inside, they were all very welcoming, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. However, in the bathroom, I didn't use the toilet, but the next morning when I woke up, there was human waste residue and the toilet water was yellow. I don't know if the toilet was slightly damaged.

Location near Kualanamu airport, easy to get to the airport... Breakfast variety and breakfast is ok.

The parking and hotel attendants are friendly. 👌

Staff at Front desk was not friendly and really not helpful.. bed and the pillows were very very soft and make all body aching. Noisy from outside our rooms because the room wasn’t have a good soundproof. Only 1 thing good from this hotel is the location near to the airport.

I have stayed at this hotel quite often, the rooms and service are neat, clean, friendly, there are many foreign tourists from abroad and the rooms are not that expensive and the rooms are quite spacious.

Breakfast food is a bit salty and lacks vegetables.
