The check-in process is fast and the hotel is located close to the mall and Orchard Road.

Please improve the cleanliness the bathroom, since it sharing used bathroom

The staff is friendly, the hotel was clean even the shared bathroom. At first, I was shocked with the size and the shared bathroom but after taking one night and seeing the cleanliness of the bathroom even though it was shared, it was being cleaned up several times a day and tissue was always checked and full. So far, my family is happy with this hotel and recommended.

The room was clean, though a little smelly. Because of the humidity, the bathroom was shared. The room was small and cramped, like other Singapore hotels.

The hotel location is behind Orchard Center Point, easy for looking for food and Seven Eleven, also near from the bus station (just walk 5 minutes).

I enjoy staying in this hotel. Location is great, near the bus and MRT station. Straight way to Orchard Road. Lots of cafes in front of the hotel, but it's soundproof in the room. Staff is very nice, explaining things and answering questions. Shared bathrooms are large and clean, not mixed between sexes. The shower has good pressure. The room is comfortable and clean. You'll have to deposit 100 Singapore dollars, by the way. Four people could fit into a room. They have a spacious kitchen and you could iron your clothes in the public area as well. Early check out at 6 AM is available. I just need to mention that you'll have to use stairs to access the reception area. There is no lift.

friendly hotel receptionist. no problem. only check in time is too long and check out time is too early. very unfair. for bathroom cleanliness 0, bathroom smells of urine, shower is broken, hair everywhere, main bathroom door is always open? don't know what the reason is. tissue trash everywhere. when asking for room cleaning, only tidied up and changed towels? not even swept. sheets not changed (if not mentioned) even though stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. room lighting is also bad, the lights are yellow and dark. no windows. room soundproofing is also 0, the front area of this hotel has many bars and honestly from 8 pm - 6 am the noise is incredible and disturbs rest time. the hotel should add something to make the room more soundproof.

arena e sport hotel orchard strategic location, from changi i got off at somerset walk 5 minutes to the hotel, very easy to reach friendly staff with separate bathroom, it is recommended to take a shower in the morning for comfort very interesting, will come back again if i go to singapore

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful during check-in. The room is clean and comfortable, no noise from outside, unfortunately the lighting is not bright enough. Large & clean towels are provided. The bathroom is clean and complete with a shower with water heater, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen & dining room are clean, there is a microwave, electric kettle & drinking water is provided. What we really like is the very strategic location, attached to Cuppage Plaza, close to Orchard Central, MRT station, bus stop, Lucky Plaza and of course close to uncle's ice cream 🤗😍. Although located on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us at the moment because we only brought cabin luggage, besides the stairs are not high and the stairs are wide. Unfortunately, there are many non-halal restaurants around, we have to actively ask whether they are halal or not because they don't want information even though they know we all wear hijab. Alhamdulillah found a halal restaurant near the hotel ±100 meters, open until night maybe 24 hours, just cut through the road through Cuppage Plaza, the owner is an Indian who is very kind and friendly, we can choose a menu with prices that can be adjusted (cheap) What is certain is that our family (me, husband & 3 children) are very satisfied staying there even though it was only for one night. Next time if I go to Spore I want to stay there again. But please don't make the price too expensive. Hehee🙏😄.

Accommodation in the city center, inexpensive, acceptable price

The location are great, so close to MRT and shopping places, the room was clean but was a bit humid, the bathroom also clean but smells funny.

I don't recommend here. The room is dirty, the floor is not cleaned and smells bad. The bathroom is very dirty, the smell is unhealthy. It's noisy at night. Expensive for a room like that.

Surprisingly cozy and comfortable. Strategic place and the staff super friendly.
