You have a minimum spend to use the beds even though you paid for the hotel. The extra pool in the pictures is for the Mondrian. Our AC didn’t work (sweating every night) and our bathroom had a major leak from the ceiling which had been there for awhile given there was a small flower growing out the ceiling.

The breakfast is very poor, nothing natural only the fruit and the bread, always the same and a very poor coffee

The hotel is lovely and on the sandy beautiful beach front. The surround area of the hotel is also beautiful with many restaurants option and things to do. Definitely recommend and would go again. Breakfast is also good and dinning options are great. Rooms are clean and stylish, love the hotel deco.

Hotel was excellent in many ways. Staff were outstanding and could not do enough. Hotel itself appears to harbour aspirations of being 5 star, but lacks the attention to detail to achieve this e.g. cracked/missing tiles coming out of the pool. However, this is just an impression and, as stated, service was outstanding and our stay was great.

The staff were kind and helpful unfortunately the hotel is 3 stars at best. The air conditioner barely worked even when we informed them and they sent maintenance to fix it. The place is quite far so if you’re going to spend a lot time in old town it’s not a convenient/prime location. The roads to the hotel are long and windy with no light at night which can be nerve wrecking (it’s not the hotels fault but people should be wary of how far it is from a lot of things).. our check in was at 3pm and we got our room at 4:40pm after flying for 10+ hours..

Fantastic hotel with beautiful views over the bay of Cala llonga and just 30 minutes from the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful peaceful location in Ibiza

We had to change rooms twice first because of a strong smell, then due to more issues. Still, things got worse: my wife and I both became violently ill just 1–2 hours after eating only the hotel’s breakfast and room service. On top of that, there was no hot water in our room. After a technician’s visit, the only explanation given was that the hotel’s water system couldn’t handle guest demand. Completely unacceptable for a so‑called high‑end property. We travel year‑round and stay in luxury hotels worldwide we’ve never experienced anything like this. Definitely would not return.

Great hotel and a lovely beach town. Choice of pools. Bar in the Mondrian thta is attached is great too. Good restaurnt choice all walkable in the small town. As ever the staff at Hyde are all just amazing!

Bedroom was clean but hotel facilities is not maintained and cleaned properly.

Beautiful property

Nice hotel & location, 1st floor smelt of sewage. We complained 3 times & were moved to the 8th floor, & provided with money off. Repeatedly rung reception about the air con not working. Round the pool, poorly repaired & needed cleaning.

Nice quiet bay with good links to the rest of the island

Really nice hotel in a quiet part of town away from the crowds. Property itself was a little confusing with three buildings that are connecting in different way making it difficult to get around. We also noticed that a couple of pools had a minimum spend of €150 per day which we thought was excessive.

Exactly what we expected - great location, great room - friendly guests Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved. But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again
