Definitely stay here again lovely friendly stay and very helpful

Quick efficient check in, good location, friendly staff, Morrisons and Mcy ds across the road, superb restaurant and great bedroom !

Booked a twin room weeks in advance. Allocated a double room. Contacted reception and reallocated a twin. The twin was a room for disabled. Bathroom shower toilet etc. It was really suitable for able bodied eg sink very low for shaving etc. We’ve stayed se real-time said previously with no problems. Reception seemed a bit under pressure when we booked in which might explain error.

Very friendly, clean , food good but , too much for me.

The.only thing I would advise is to make the menu sound more appetising. Beef pie, cabbage and potatoes doesn't grab me. Also, the pie was fine but the plates were overwhelmed with potatoes, peas and cabbage, far too much and a lot must go to waste!

Great place to stay, accessible and raft to get around

The bed was comfortable, otherwise a characterless property, tatty towels, no spare loo roll, no hand shower. Poor standard of food. Much too expensive for what it was and compared to other accommodation experienced in Wales.

This is a lovely place to stay. The only fault I have is the hiked up prices just because it was graduation time!! We paid nearly double the normal cost. Sorry but that’s just being greedy!

Excellent hotel for visit to Aberystwyth.

Excellent staff who were both welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom .Great on site parking. Overall a great stay.

Seemed very new so clean and smart Staff very friendly and helpful. Location out of town near retail park so not very appealing, but suited us as easy to get to and park, and allowed quick start when we left

Nice easy place to stay, a step up from a Premier Inn with a comfortable bed and good breakfast included in my rate. About a 1 mile walk into Aberystwyth so bare that in mind if you have mobility issues. Staff pleasant and ample car parking.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant and food were excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable 3 night stay. Minor inconvenience is no power sockets at side of bed for charging phone but everything else still deserves 5 stars.

Property is clean and modern. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here on several occasions, a pleasant hotel, easy parking and a good nights sleep.

Lovely staff and great clean hotel

The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The safe member on reception was lovely. Plenty of parking . Nice quality a lovely lobby

Always my go to hotel when visiting my son. Parking is a big plus and the rooms are lovely as are the staff. It's a 20min walk into town but I don't mind that.

Would stay again. Great room. Comfy bed. Great food!
