Generally it was an excellent experience apart from a couple of things. 1. The 'bacon' at breakfast was disgusting which is a shame because the rest of the food was very good. 2. A4 star hotel should have a bar If these were addressed I would give it a 5 rating

It was a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean. But truly the feature of this hotel is the staff. They were amazing!! Friendly, helpful, professional!! I would stay here again just for the staff!

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and good variety. Rooms were clean upon request. Rooms were poor, bathroom was small unclean and dated. Coffee facilities in the room were poor too. Overall average hotel.

Not only is it clean and conveniently located, but the staff are amazing. My passport and credit cards had been stolen and I ended up booking this hotel while I dealt with trying to get a new one to come home. The staff were so helpful and kind, making sure I was taken care of and had the resources to get by for the few days I was there. The hostess showed so much compassion, way more than I had received from anybody else, and helped make a stressful situation way more manageable.

OK area, but surprised Iron or Ironing board could NOT be provided, would say not suitable for business traveller.

The breakfast is over priced and cold. They charge of you lace your bag at hotel and if you need to charge your device.

I stayed here as a solo female traveller and felt extremely safe! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean and spacious. The transport links from the hotel were great! All the tourist attractions are only a short bus ride away. The breakfast was also lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A nice small hotel conveniently located. The breakfast option was a nice addition to our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff are very friendly. We will stay again when in Lisboa.

Great hotel, great service, great location! Walking distance to many locations, nearby restaurants, nearby parks, close to the airport, cheap Bolt rides to beach or airport etc. Thank you to Ana and Amir and the other staff for our stay. The room was cozy size for us and we fit perfectly fine. My bf is 6ft and we had two carry on luggage and 2 personal items and felt comfortable in our room. The only thing I would recommend is a little more variety at the breakfast buffet, cook the scrambled eggs a little more and have the coffee machine available 24/7. The coffee was really good surprisingly from the machine. The pastel was very good too! 5 stars, would stay here again!

You can feel it’s a great hotel the moment you step into the lobby or your room. The welcoming atmosphere and the positive vibe from guests add to the experience. In my opinion, the bathroom could use some improvement. There is no air isolation due to the door design and the room ventilation is either too weak or not functioning properly. As a result, odors from the toilet easily spread into the room, which is very uncomfortable, especially for couples
