When I arrived in my room, I found that the pillowcase was dirty, looked like shoes prints on it and the other pilow is stained, the TV remote was broken. I ask the hotel to change it, they came to change the pillowcase but not the TV remote. I have to report the TV remote secondly in the morning.

Great hotel and near hospital.

The room was comfortable, but the soundproofing could be improved as noise from outside and the street was clearly audible. The gym was also quite good. I extended my stay for one night because of the easy access. It's also within walking distance if you're looking for food, though most of it is the same type of food, like nasi kandar.

The location is very strategic, right on the main road and walking distance to the culinary center of Jalan Alor. The service is also good, and the price is affordable. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room is not very good, so noise from outside and the sound of doors closing in other rooms can easily be heard.

For those traveling with family, you might want to think twice because it's quite far from food places...

The room is very clean and its a new hotel. But the room not so spacious. Near to many mamak restaurant, speedmart, pharmacy, car service etc.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Because my mother uses a wheelchair, she was given a special room for wheelchair users. Close to restaurants, pharmacies, and minimarkets.

The location is quite hidden besides the highway around Petaling Jaya, so we have to use Grab to go outside. Many local eateries around the hotel, but we prefer to go to nearby Sunway Pyramid & Mall 101 instead. The breakfast is simple with not so much variety. We stayed for 3 nights and its nasi lemak they served on our last day is very good!

In terms of cleanliness and service, it is certainly okay according to ACCOR standards, it's just that it seems that because it's still new, the location is a bit far from shopping and food areas. Less suitable for family vacations, because the room size is small. Suitable for those on business trips.
