The hotel is clean, it's just a shame there's no refrigerator, but there's one downstairs for drinking chocolate or coffee.

Very good. 15 minutes walking to the Old Town. Everything was good.

The location was great. There is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel and a pretty big supermarket beside the Hotel. Across the road, you can walk to Rosengarten Bern, a park with an iconic view of Bern. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly; they even put on an extra bed because we were bringing the baby, and they could not provide a baby crib, even though we did not make any requests. The problem is the lack of appliances, like a small refrigerator or water heater, which is essential as we need to prepare the food for the baby using hot water. Overall, it was a nice place to stay because the price was quite affordable.
