The access, staff service, rooms, and facilities are all excellent, and we highly recommend this place for a getaway with friends or family. The cleanliness is also excellent. the staffs were friendly, we were arrived late at night yet there was still a staff to help to checked in. it's also a wheel chair friendly, even tho the accessibility could be improve. especially on the hot spring area, since peoole with wheel chair couldnt access it . however the downside is, the breakfast option. less variety, taste not nice :( recommend you to bring your own bfast rather than paying there with limited and not so good breakfast. however, the room and bathroom are nice. super clean & tidy

The atmosphere is very comfortable and not noisy. The view is very nice.

the breakfast is just ordinary, not too many variations, but the room is clean, nice, can accommodate many people, especially if you bring a big family. the view is directly to the mountains. there are hot and cold water pools. very close to pariban hot spring
