They were late checking us in.

The tv did not work and they was no room service.

I've never stayed at a worst Hotel in my life. They make you pay $2 for barh towel exchange and 50 cent if you need a toilet paper roll. Also, they only clean rooms every 14 days(2 weeks) The Staff however was nice and friendly.

Management team was friendly and courteous Air/heater had smell that came from unit bed was comfortable room was clean overall an acceptable stay other than ordor from ac/heater. Didn't get to mention to management only stayed two nights before checkin out.

Property cancelled my reservation though I sent message that we will be arriving after checkin hours

Couldn’t make noise pass 9 pm had to throw our own trash or get a fee added. Charged for clean towels. Had a system wide reset of all locks around 8 pm. Not a 24 hour desk
