Nos encantó quedarnos en la propiedad de GA Palace Hotel. Estuvieron siempre atentos a cualquier detalle que le pidiéramos. El hotel es bien limpio y lujoso. El desayuno nos encanto, muy bueno. Y los cuartos espectaculares, muy limpios y cómodos. El staff, siempre bien atentos y dispuestos ayudarte en cualquier duda o situación. Si regresáramos a Porto, nos volveremos a quedar.

An amazing property that is a perfect oasis on a busy city break. The rooms are fantastic (recommend palace suite), the pool and spa a big bonus in a city hotel and their restaurant is excellent. Not forgetting amazing staff.

The breakfast menu was terrific. Saturday night dinner at the hotel, was terrible. It was recommended to us and we expected fine dining. The prices were find dining prices! We were very disappointed. The food we were served was not what we ordered; the chef never told the server that the food was changed. The table setting was incomplete and we had to ask for our wine, which sat on the bar for quite awhile. Terrible service. The hotel is wonderful. Great location, accomodating staff, good location. The bathrooms could benefit from having facecloths. I'd stay here again, but never, never, never eat at the restaurant.

Convenient location, great staff, great food

Excellent hotel

Really enjoyed the stay here, their outdoor area is a heaven in the middle of a city. There were particular staff who went above and beyond and it's these people I will remember in our holiday. Cleanliness was of the highest standard and the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a couple more hooks, perhaps one at the back of the shower for your towels. With the robes and other things in the shower, we ran out of space to hang things to dry or keep off the floor. Other than that it's a beautiful well run hotel that if we can, we would return to without ANY hesitation.

A hidden gem in Porto! The hotel exceeded all expectations. Amenities were top-tier, the food was outstanding, staff super friendly from the minute you walk in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique luxury experience. Overall 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay at GA Palace. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was awesome! We went on a walking tour and a food tour and they both started from a location right across the street, so location was very convenient.

The property was amazing. The facility is wonderful and the staff is very attentive. This was a perfect place to stay.

Great hotel in a central location. The room was perfect for the 3 of us especially as we were travelling with our 8 year old son. Breakfast choices very good and the staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend the hotel.

This is truly the most spectacular property in Porto! The rooms, pool, food, drinks, staff, and spa are amazing. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
