The hotel was located in a great area. Very safe, and in great walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and activities. It is right by the river and very relaxing. Everything is updated and very nice. The staff are not the friendliest, but they will help you, and someone is always there.

Room was large, clean and had good facilities. The hotel location is great, walking distance to restaurants and sights. The terrace bar is lovely. However, we visiting in August and the rooftop pool was freezing! Also, ear plugs were needed to sleep well as there was outside noise and also the room walls are quite thin as we could hear people talking in the corridor and doors slamming - the hotel could put up signs asking other guests to be considerate and be quiet after 10pm.

This is our second time staying at Barcelo. We love the location so much so see in this part of Warsaw and the super clean hotel with amazing restaurants and cafes is a great bonus. We are big fans of the rooftop bar !

Barcelo in Warszawa was a great stay. We arrived a few hours before the listed check-in time, and were able to get in our room immediately. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived and maintained well by the staff while we were there. The breakfast had a alot of options. To top it off, its like a 2-minute walk to the Metro. I'd highly recommend Barcelo to anyone visiting Warszawa.

The hotel was lovely to stay in. There a couple of things that made me take off stars. I found the beds far too soft and so i ended up with a bad back as it sunk into the mattress. Also the conditioner and shampoo holder in our room was broken and so it would not stay on the wall. Also at times on the roof bar we were sat for sometimes 30 minutes before being served which was a little frustrating. Other than that, the stay was great. Great staff, great location, good bars

It took 15 min (in line to check in) to retrieve our luggage. Worst, the GM walked by the front desk without acknowledging the line of people with only one person at the front desk. Sorry but not sorry! Otherwise, A+ property and location. Oh, and the two drinks for Expedia mega users - restricted to wine and beer!

Air conditioning was insufficient. Could not cool room to comfortable setting.

First time staying in a Barcelo Hotel, and was incredibly happy with it. The quality of the rooms and overall cleanliness was great. A few small downsides was we were unable to turn down the air conditioning further than was set by the hotel, and also when dining in the restaurant, there wasn’t a great selection for different dietary requirements. Overall though, a really great experience and will add Barcelo hotels to my list when travelling abroad.

great hotel for a city break, next door in old power plant has great food outlets and restaurants , 15 min walk to old town , 5 mins to river great area in summer with boat bars, has bar and plunge pool on roof of hotel, staff very helpful,
