I think this place would worth around 80-100RM/night (100RM would be too high). Because it’s a run-down hotel room, with cockroach under the wooden floor and disgusting smell of sewage. It made my experience here totally unpleasant. => Score: 3/10 or 2/5 The place is a run-down hotel room which indicates that the room is not well-maintained. The AC does not work really well so they provided a fan which is good. The furnitures are very old, the sockets are not in convenient place, only at the table no bedside. The bed is okay, but not so good tbh. The mattress is dirty with stains and stuff. There is cockroaches, and a stinky sewage smell which added to the list of the unpleasant experience here. Plus, the turtle-slow wifi would just be a cherry on the top. That said, I’d like to thank the maintenance guy, he is very proactive as he tried to fix the sewage problem but I think it’s the room air circulation and the building maintainance so he tried his best. Kudos to him. Just find a 2-star hotel with good review than this since they’d mostly use bots to fill the review rates. You may notice it from the similar message of the reviews

Strategic location (near Pudu train station). Spacious room and many beds. Very enough for a family (4 people).
