Very nice hotel! I like it very much. It has a washing machine in each room. Very convenient for us since we were travelling in the hot days, it’s easy for us to wash our clothes in the room. The room also has a cooktop which we can make our own breakfast before heading out each morning.

Nice and very convenient to Tsukiji market (one block), one block from bus, and 3 minute from metro. Very nice 15 minute to Ginza area and all amenities accessible with short, fun walk. Staff are very good and helpful!

The room was perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk bed, which allowed for plenty of space in the room for luggage and to spread out a bit (which is not always the case in Tokyo). The amenities were comprehensive - we appreciated the refrigerator, in-room access to filtered drinking water and washer/dryer. It was also amazing getting fresh fish, tamago, sushi and sashimi for breakfast/lunch everyday given the proximity to the Tsukiji Market!

Room was clean, spacious and the in room washer/dryer combo was a big plus. We did laundry every night, which helped limit the amount of clothes we needed to bring during the trip. Staff was friendly and they accommodated my separate bookings to keep me in the same room. Thank you Section L staff!!

The room was larger than most hotel rooms in TOKYO. Only place during my trip where me and my family felt we were at home. Staff at Section L were all kind, they accommodated my separate bookings to keep me in my same room and always had a smile. Section L will always be my preferred place to stay when in the Ginza/Tsukiji area.

My family and I have enjoyed our stay at the Section L Tsukiji. The front desk people are very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean, new and nice. The location of the hotel is superb. Every morning, I walked 4 mins to the market, get my breakfast and coffee. Restaurants are abundant nearby even when the market is closed. There are two nearby subways depending which line you want to take. We also walked to Ginza about 17 mins for a date night! Great location.

We stayed for about a week at the hotel. Hotel and staff were great and suited our travel style very well. Great hotel easily accessible via bus and train. Found many good restaurants nearby that had great food that was super affordable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, helpful, and communicated in English exceptionally well. Everyone we interacted with, including Stephanie and Ken, was welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a seven-minute walk to Tsukijishijo Station, with plenty of dining options only a few minutes away. Ginza’s main shopping area was also conveniently within a 15-minute walk. As expected in Tokyo, the apartment was compact but comfortable. The only downsides were occasional noise throughout the night due to its proximity to Tsukiji Market—especially since our room was on the ground floor—and the washer/dryer combo. The dryer cycle never fully dried our clothes in one shot, even when washing only five garments at a time. We always had to add an extra two-hour drying cycle, and even then, the clothes were still a bit damp and very wrinkled. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the fish market. Walkable to train station, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. They even have a happy hour where they provide free drinks to customers.

Only a one minute walk to Tsukiji market. Very clean and eco friendly amenities. Spacious for four people. Only downside is first floor four person room is on the main floor and workers sometimes work through the night.

We travelled with kids, the bunk bed was the highlight for my kids. It was spacious place. The entrance of the hotel didn’t have a ramp, so we had to lift our stroller up the bump. I wished the toilet and washroom was together to make it easier with the kids. Nevertheless, the area was quiet and nice.

The hotel was just okay. I wouldn't stay there again just because the laundry smelled like mildew. We sterilized the machine 3 times (9 hour cycle) and it still smelled. So I finally asked front desk for bleach. That worked. But I wasn't super thrilled about having to sterilize their machine during our vacation. I had to hand wash our clothes the first two days and hang to dry which was a huge pain. Staff is nice. But they didn't seem too concerned that our laundry machine smelled and we couldn't do our laundry. They also charge for each towel set. Since we couldn't use our laundry machine for a couple days, they should have offered us free towels to use. I paid way too much for what we got (almost $400 per night) and then to have to pay for any additional towels made the stay less pleasant. The location was next to fish market which was nice, but to get anywhere required us taking two trains - one to ginza and then transfer. Next time, I'd rather stay at a smaller room at a hotel that doesn't charge for towels and has working laundry machines.
