Clean accommodation, friendly staff

It's quite interesting to try staying at the riverside.

It was quite good, even though I got a room with a bad air conditioning, but I ended up changing it.

I've stayed at Riverside several times, and everything has been great. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable.

The room is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the facilities are okay, the service is okay, the food in the cafe is delicious & worth it.

Overall everything is good except for the restaurant, the chef is lazy to cook fried rice, waiting 2 hours.

Overall OK, only there is something that lowers the rating, namely in the morning, maybe still around 6-7 am, the sludge suction has been carried out. The intention is good, but the sound from the sludge suction truck/diesel is very audible and disturbing.

left a cardigan inside with money, confirmed 4 hours after checking out because I had just had time to unpack my suitcase at home, but the CS said it wasn't there. My husband only brought 2 short cards, one was used and the other was not brought, it was still in the hotel. But the CS was stubborn that nothing was left behind. Meanwhile, we didn't do any swimming activities or change clothes outside. So it was definitely left behind in the room. It's not a problem with the cardigan and money, but the honesty is questionable. There are still cards and money, what about other valuables. This is enough to be the first and last time I stay here
