The location is in an alley right next to Family Mart. There are many minimarts around, such as Family Mart (very busy during break time because it's an office area), Indomaret, and Alfamidi. There are also many food stalls, such as restaurants, food stalls, and a food court. Even though it's in an alley (an area close to boarding houses/residents' houses), security is maintained because there are neighborhood guards, so it's safe to come home at night. Maybe you should pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms because I found several baby cockroaches.

The service was very friendly, and the price was reasonable for the room, which wasn't exactly small, just enough. Plus, towels, toiletries, and hot and cold water were provided. The toilet door was a bit problematic, and the toilet lid wasn't there. You had to press the toilet several times, but otherwise, it was worth it, especially since it's close to the shopping area.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with the check-in process. The price was affordable and worth it, but the room next door was very noisy, which meant I couldn't get any rest.

My husband left his black jacket "The North Face" behind. The staff called my husband several times but he didn't pick up the phone. There was no good etiquette for contacting guests that his item was left behind, even though my husband had a repeater.

The hotel staff was very friendly, like making new friends. Every time I go to Jakarta, if the staff are still Aldi and Majid, I think I'll come back here again.

The pillow smells like someone else's head plus the cigarette smell looks like it hasn't been changed, there are leftover bar soap wrappers in the toilet, the display phone doesn't work, I want to change the sheets.

Very POOR accommodation, I checked in early because I had to check in at dawn and was asked to pay 150 extra for the voucher I had purchased. (but it didn't matter) The problem was the water in the bathroom from 1am until the next night didn't work, I had to go to the toilet at Indomaret, and had to go to my friend's house to take a shower. VERY BAD THE ENTRANCE IS TO A SMALL GANK Don't stay here, there are other better hotels.

At first I was hesitant after seeing the previous review. But when I got there it turned out to be okay. The location is strategically close to where you want to go, near Gondangdia station, near the busway, near places to eat. Highly recommended.
