The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning and other room facilities worked well, and the environment was peaceful since it’s located in a residential area. Most importantly, the price was affordable, and the location is close to Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi and several toll road accesses. Overall, excellent!

The room was clean, comfortable, and all the amenities worked. It also had plenty of natural light. It was well-ventilated. It's located within the complex, making it easy to find food. If you're feeling lazy, you can order from the hotel cafe. I'll definitely be back!

We only received two 300ml bottles of drinking water. It wasn't enough for 24 hours. After staying for two days, the room wasn't cleaned, and the drinking water wasn't refilled.

I used to love staying here. A few days ago, I was very disappointed. I stayed for 2 nights. But there was no toothpaste, no spoon for tea. Two small bottles of mineral water (330 ml). No refills either. The second day was no better. Please improve the quality 🙏

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy (make sure you bring your marriage certificate for your partner). However, the room wasn't soundproof. My room was on the first floor near the entrance hallway, so anyone passing by and carrying items could be heard. You could watch YouTube, but the TV and the power outlets in the TV area didn't work after 1 a.m. until check-out time. Overall, the room facilities were satisfactory. 👍🏻 Hopefully, the facilities and service can be improved. 🙌🏻

I've stayed here several times, because of its comfort.

The hotel staff is friendly. And this is a sharia hotel, so marriage is mandatory. The facilities are very complete. There is also an elevator. Although the price is cheap, the facilities are super luxurious. There are prayer mats, the interior is also new, there is a work desk and chair, a very comfortable bed, and a very clean bathroom. The soap and shampoo are not canned, they smell baccarat, the AC is also cold and works well, there is a dressing table and drinks too. Highly recommended. Hopefully there will be an opportunity to stay there again when in Jakarta.

Unfortunately, there was no one to help with the parking lot downstairs, except that there were a few employees around the parking lot.. the rest is for the guests and the environment is quite comfortable.

The location is in a residential area, so I was a bit confused at first. Overall, for that price, I got a really nice room: spacious, cool air conditioning, and good service. I checked in at 12 midnight and was escorted to the elevator by the receptionist. Good job, please keep it up👏

The place is nice, very comfortable. I booked 2 rooms but unfortunately 1 room's AC was not cold so the room was hot and stuffy. The other room's AC was very cold. My suggestion for the future is to repair the AC or replace it with a new AC so that it is more comfortable and even better. I highly recommend this place for those who want to stay with family for a short time.
