I had a very disappointing stay here. The service was poor, and the blanket and bedding were old with a slight moldy smell. During the typhoon, I felt the staff did not provide enough support, and the housekeepers seemed poorly trained.
On my check-in day, I was given a room that had been carelessly prepared and had a strong odor that lingered for two days. I had to request a room change.
On my check-out day, the elevator was out of service due to the storm and flooding from the previous day. Since I couldn’t carry my heavy luggage down from the 5th floor, I contacted the host/staff to discuss the check-out arrangement, especially since even the host did not know when the elevator would be fixed. However, without informing me, the housekeeper removed all of my belongings from the room. The host only messaged me after everything had already been taken out, and one of my pants was nearly damaged due to the way it was handled.
Overall, the host should focus more on improving and maintaining the quality of their services.
