If you are looking for a 5-star experience, this is not the one. Find other hotels, there are plenty in Da Nang. Mediocre hotel.

On the webpage says free for children and the receptionist told me they would charge extra 400,000VND for my 7 years old child. Breakfast is very limited and it would cost 300,000VND for a 7yo kid and 400,000VND for one adult with tax total is about 1,020,000VND for a below average breakfast buffet. Please keep in mind that this resort location is super far from the main city.

Everything is very ok, the room is spacious, clean, beautiful, comfortable, 1 meal is given, and it is also very thoughtful + delicious. The interior is ok, beautiful, polite, clean, full.
