I've stayed at One Residence many times, but this time I found it less than pleasant and I was disappointed by Lovina. I won't book again. I was in Apartment 16 AL, but on the day of the stay, I was moved to another unit because the AC was broken. They should have informed the guests. The day before, I got a room in 23 AB, but it wasn't as nice as we wanted. There was no rice cooker either. The only compensation was a 12 noon checkout. I've also stayed in another unit before and experienced problems, but the unit management had informed me of the problem the day before and were very responsible. Honestly, everyone was in a bad mood, and when they arrived they wanted to be happy. They wanted the view at 16 AL, but they told them to move units. Never again.

The check-in and checkout process is easy, the view can be seen from all the sea and the city, there is a swimming pool and gym.

The blanket smells of saliva 😭 like it hasn't been changed.

The bed was very dirty, it itched when I slept on it and the floor was also sticky.

Still the best Lovinna cool sea view.

It's the cheapest. Not bad. Take the kids on a staycation and swim in the pool to be satisfied.

Menginap dua malam tiga hari, kamar yang dipilih sesuai ekspektasi, pemandangannya keren bisa lihat laut di ruang tamunya dan kalau mau lihat kota bisa di balkonnya, lantai sudah pas gak ketinggian kali di lantai 16, untuk kolam renangnya pemandangannya bagus langsung ke laut. Admin Lovina-nya juga cepat responnya rekomendasi sekali untuk liburan dan mengajak keluarga, kalau mau beli makan atau belanja bisa langsung jalan ke mal yang ada di depan apartemen-nya. Nomor telepon di aplikasinya salah harusnya 08116941818. Pokoknya puas liburan tahun baru ini.

This is very close to the international port. So save costs. If you want to go to the mall, just walk. To the museum too. The swimming pool also has the best view. Staying here was very memorable.
