The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. Overall, I was satisfied with the natural scenery.

Love the view! It's cool, fresh, comfortable, and quiet, with a direct view of Mount Rinjani. There were no issues during our stay; everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall everything is good and nice, only the security of the room door does not have a barcode scan but is not given a key and the door cannot be closed in the morning.

This hotel is modern but only sells the view, because the concept is a cabin, everything is limited, breakfast has no choice and is not tasty, not comparable to the price of the room.

the view is really great.. thank you to the roomboy for carrying my heavy suitcase 🙏 breakfast with a box and choose a menu of only 1 menu/person.. I chose toast & pancakes, 1 box contains 6 small pieces without drinks.. for the price of a deluxe room of 1.2 million/night, you only get that breakfast, it seems too sad 😂 and the lamppost in front makes it awkward to take pictures, even though Rinjani is already so majestic that it blocks the lamppost 😁

Cool and comfortable place, very friendly staff. Because during fasting month it is difficult to find food, the staff looked for food until they got it because there was no food for sale at all until noon 🙏 There should be a kitchen that is ready to make food on the table for non-Muslims like me so that they are not confused.

Bobocabin mount rinjani is really cool. What's the view, open the window and you'll be greeted by the majestic mount rinjani. We stayed in the executive cabin type. The best view is in cabin no. 2 and 3. If I go to Sembalun again, I'll stay here again. Success always bobocabin

Executive Cabin. This place is astonishing! Captivating view of Mt. Rinjani and finally can breathe some fresh air! Whether it's morning, afternoon, and night, we had a pleasant and peaceful stay with a wonderful experience. If you select the executive cabin, you can leave a note that you'd like to have the best view and make sure you book it in advance. The cabin we selected had a wonderful view and it was quite clean. The facility in bobocabin is quite well-known so I will not describe here one by one.

Have stayed at bobocabin several times in several areas. Especially the one in Sembalun is very amazing, can see Mount Rinjani very clearly!

Quiet atmosphere, exceptional view especially the room window that directly sees the mountain and can automatically blur / brighten. The staff is also friendly. The only bad thing is the food service, it takes a long time, even I ordered coffee & fried rice but only got coffee.

An exciting experience, but unfortunately it took me quite a long time to call the staff to request bonfire and lamb steak even though I had used the bobobox application and the hotel's WA. It is not recommended to bring a lot of stuff, because when I arrived there was no bellboy to help carry the bag.

Maybe a heater is needed in the room even though it is small, because for me who is not strong in the cold, it is difficult to sleep. Or maybe the partition between the room and the bathroom can be soundproof because the source of the cold is from the bathroom, overall the service is good and nice.
