The water heater is hot but it's hard to heat the water, sometimes it's really hot, sometimes it's not. The receptionist is okay and friendly, the television is delayed, maybe the signal isn't good.

For the hotel, please consider this as an important consideration. I got a room on the 2nd floor facing the road. The hotel, which should be a place to rest, actually couldn't rest at all because the room facing the road was very noisy from the sound of vehicles (in Lembang, there are many motorbikes with brong exhausts/RX King). Plus, the room didn't have a fan/AC, so the window ventilation had to be opened and as a result, the sound from the road came in and was super noisy. Suggestions for the hotel are that the room facing the road can be made soundproof. I should have rested because tomorrow morning there was an event so I couldn't rest at all. For other facilities, the TV is okay, the hot water is on.

The hotel staff is friendly. Food is sold 24 hours. Toiletries are provided such as 2 towels, 2 toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo. 2 bottles of mineral water are provided. There is hot water. Maybe a suggestion is to provide an electric kettle so that there can be hot water.

I would stay here again, it's just as good, the place is comfortable, cool, suitable for families to stay here.
