Safe, comfortable, strategic location, water heater available

The bottom of the bed is very dirty, the bed is itchy. Especially the blanket. Can't sleep.

Disappointing, in the application I chose the room option when I arrived at the hotel the room I chose did not match the picture, the room I got was not suitable and inhumane like a cage because there were no room windows and air circulation, even worse in the room there were no glasses even though glasses are mandatory hotel facilities, and I borrowed them but they were not given by the hotel, with me booking 2 rooms for 2 nights worth more than 2.6 million only borrowing 1 glass was not given, The room was also not soundproof at all, people taking a shower and the water flowing above the room was very audible, the noisy room next door was also very audible because some of the partitions did not use walls, please the hotel think more about the suitability of the hotel because it is far from decent, the room is stuffy dark, very much not according to the picture

The lobby is nice and comfortable, didn't have time to take a photo of the room but it's pretty good for the price, 7 minutes to point 0, close to Alfamart.

The water heater is not working, for the cold air of Dieng plus the rainy day. Taking a shower without hot water is a bad thing

Hot water which should be a mandatory facility for accommodation in Dieng is dead, it is really unpleasant.

For that price range, it's worth it, it's a shame that there aren't any cups for making coffee, and please make the power plug for charging your cellphone more difficult, with the position being as high as an adult's chest, you have to hold the cellphone to charge it.

friendly staff. the only drawback is there are no clothes hangers in the room, only in the bathroom. the hot water is safe but on the last day it turned off completely, maybe the gas ran out. the view is very nice. clean. I need to heat water to drink directly given. I asked for more blankets given.

The room is clean and smells good. Next time I go to Dieng, I will stay again 😊

There's a price for appearance though. Still worth it if for urgent circumstances. Hopefully the room can be more soundproof, and the car park can be better conditioned.

The rooms provided are not suitable, even for budget accommodations anywhere, the rooms do not match the application data, I am sure anyone who books this room will complain.

Not bad, it's nice and comfortable. The only drawback is that it's noisy with passing vehicles because it's right on the edge of the highway. Overall OKAY

Strategic location on the side of the road, what I like is the hot water for bathing works very well. For that price, more than enough :)
