Dirty items where left in room and on balcony. Requested parking but request was never seen or acknowledged. Otherwise location was great and staff was friendly. Recommend to traveling families.

Une de mes pires expériences hôtelières… Accueil froid et désagréable, chambre de 11m2 donnant sur une « cour intérieure ».. (des escaliers de secours…) : 269€ pour une nuit SANS petit déjeuner... Attention à la surprise au Check out : 25€ supplémentaires pour avoir dépassé l’heure du Check out (aucun appel en chambre, ni rien). Très déçus par l’attitude de la réceptionniste, nous n’avons pas profité des « installations » de l’hôtel. Plus jamais au BEACH PALACE HÔTEL.

Have ocean view, breakfast is great, and front desk very friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit slow, ,but given many old patrons, that is probably the goal.

Hotel right on the walkway/beach in Blankenberge. The room was very clear but very sparsely decorated with no chargers. The shower was just ok because it's in the tub with one of those half-door partitions. Pressure was good and there was ample soap. Since the weather was bad we used their indoor pool. It's a bit small but very clean. We also enjoyed the kid's playing areas. I definitely recommend upgrading to the breakfast buffet. It had a lot of choices in pastries, breads and coldcuts as well as bacon and eggs.

The hotel is splendid and the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We enjoyed our time in there and recommend it for everyone.

The view was incredible! The hotel is currently being remodeled on the floor I stayed so it was a bit strange. The room inside was just gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast bar was to die for! So good!

Exposed wiring on stairwell 3rd and 4th floor. Plastic glove, covers fire alarm 1st floor towards sauna area. Booked car park and second room, had to provide proof that I did both, before finding out I was right. Plus side, food was brilliant

The room was absolutely appalling and the hotel responses to complaints a breach of European law. No sleep, knee injuries trying to move around bed, 4 times having to request loo rolls, towels for 2 people. Room 445 squashed between back of lift and fire escape. The notice about 20 euro fine for removing any of the poor quality breakfast from the dining room was shocking. After all this, hotel fined me 25 euros for checking out at 12.45.

We had a great experience during our short stay (3 nights). Staff is very friendly and helpful, any issues were solved bery fast. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices for everyone’s taste. Did not have a chance to try out wellness facilities but it looked nice.

Un séjour formidable. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. On a fait un week-end et j’ai rien à dire. Le buffet du petit dej est sublime. Tout y est. Spa au top.
