This hotel is very central to train line and within 10 minute walking distance of a shopping mall. The space was clean and comfortable. My husband and I are not as tech savvy as some and check-in is done via a machine. We struggled with this, however a cleaner on staff assisted us and we got in successfully.

No communication about where to park as this property doesn’t have a garage, but offers parking. Inquired about parking days prior to arrival and no response. My first morning in the room and half of the electrical stopped working. Could not the use microwave, couldn’t use the kettle, half the lights in my room were out. They were to have tech to come by and fix it at a said time, I waited and no one showed at said time. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had scheduled appointments to attend to. My stay was for only two nights and had a few issues. It was a bit frustrating.

Great location & fantastic self-catering facilities. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is above a restaurant and night club so it gets very noisy at night. Close to the tube & supermarkets too. This hotel isn’t staffed though so you self-check in using a machine

Though the hotel is self checkin I received personalised experience from the restaurant staff. Delighted to have stayed in this hotel!!

So no real staff as you check in using a machine. So early check in or someone holding our luggage was difficult. With that said, the people I did interact with were great (housekeeping, staff at the restaurant.)

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities for long term stay. It’s 8 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight to central Zurich in 10 mins. There were several supermarkets at walkable distance and also some cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay which was clean, adorable and convenient!

This place is the best deal in Europe. You get a huge room a five minute walk to the HB. From there you’re looking at a ten minute ride into town. Less than half the price of anything else in the city. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby.

The property was well kept. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The hotel is closed to the train station and bus stops.

The room was a very nice size and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately there were some bugs/spiders. Usually this isn't something i would complain about because its hard to avoid sometimes but there were enough for me to mention it. Our shower water also would not get warm/hot and we werent able to contact hotel staff because it was a weekend, so after long days of walking and activities we had to end with cold showers. The bathroom was very nice though. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that they provided a high quality fan. I feel like the issues that we had are easy fixes thats why I still rated this hotel fairly high.

Multiple Issues 90 minute check in process due to scanner broken, not finding my reservation, not accepting 2 of my cards, then charging my debit card TWICE! Finally, your machine ran out of key cards. I missed my meeting that I flew 9 hours for!!!! Absolutely no help on telephone where it just disconnecting. Nightmare. Other: Room super hot, no air TV does not work Outside door to patio is about to fall off

On the expidia webpage the property says it is close to old town Zurich, but it was located in a residential area very far from the city, we had to learn how to use the train system to get there, because finding an Uber or taxi in the area became a challenge because they canceled it again and again they never arrived. For us the worst part was that they do not have air conditioning in the room, imagine at the middle of summer with no AC caused us terrible discomfort.
