We had a great stay here. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was very stylish and cozy. A bit of a squeeze trying to open two large check in suitcases, but overall a great room. The rainfall shower head was fantastic and the hairdryer is actually strong unlike other hotels. There is no AC, but you can crack open the main windows to let in the crisp mountain air. We didn’t know until the end of our stay, but there is a hotel shuttle to and from the train station. There is a phone kiosk near the pretzel shop at the train station where you can call the hotel for a complimentary pick up. Great views of the Matterhorn and located across the street from the Sunnega funicular where you can ride up to the top for a nice hike around the five lakes. We’d stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Zermama! In all my travels, I’ve never chosen to dine at a hotel for my entire stay but the food here was so delicious, I couldn’t resist. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, and the gentleman assisting during breakfast was exceptionally kind. I also enjoyed celebrating my honeymoon at your hote it made the experience even more special. I will definitely be back!

Will stay here every time I am in Zermatt.

There was a broken chair on the patio and I assumed they knew about it since it was broken when we arrived. Noticed it the first time we sat on it. The hotel had the nerve to charge me over $80 for it. We booked 2 suites for our stay and ate numerous meals/drinks at the hotel. They did not treat us right.

My wife and I loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Beautiful room, incredible amenities, beautiful balcony overlooking the river, which was great to hear at night through the open door. We look forward to coming back.

New and modern hip hotel

We LOVED Hotel Zermama! The worst part of our stay was that we were only there for one night. It was clean, the staff was friendly, it was a great location, and they even provided free transportation to the train station in the morning. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our second visit to Hotel Zermama and it is still an amazing hotel. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. We were extremely pleased as they have upgraded us to a suite room. We will definitely return to Hotel Zermama when we visit Zermatt again.

Amazing stay, and view from the balcony. Food are brilliant, fondue with the view is a must!

Beautiful hotel, very cute room. Front desk walked me up to my room and showed me around. Attached restaurant was open late and had good food. Had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience. Great location, new and clean, great vibe in the bar and outdoor patio. Bistro dining interesting varied menu and nicely prepared with good wine selections. Staff was 110% incredible from train station pickup, bar staff, and GM. Highly recommended as a frequent traveler.

Great place. It does not have an AC but you can leave the window open and it gets chilly.

Overall it is the 2nd best hotel we stayed at during our trip. It would be the best if not for the so-so breakfast buffet experience. We stayed 2 nights, the first day's breakfast we unfortunately encountered the one lady working as the hostess hat morning who was less than welcoming and didn't even let us know we can order eggs (included with breakfast buffet). She also was so loud and chatty with this other guest who speaks the same language. I also observed how she spoke with another couple who arrived to inquire about breakfast. Her interaction with them, and the language/tone she used was quite rude and dismissive. She pretty much left them hanging and not really providing any guidance at all even though she is the hostess. Thankfully the second day, it was a new crew, and they were much much better and very nice.

What an amazing crew! A gentleman picked me up, both woman at the front desk were amazingly kind and helpful. Monica was a breath of fresh air and was a gem of a human. Thank you for bringing my Matterhorn experience to the fullest!

Great location, beautiful views.

We were upgraded to the Matterhorn suite. It was very large with two full bathrooms and separate bedroom and living room. The balcony was wonderful. The set up for cheese fondue on the balcony with the very warm faux fur robes was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed this magical experience.

Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.
