Very beautiful cozy hotel. Staff super friendly. Rooms very clean and beautiful. We stayed in family room and we loved it. Shuttle was available to the train station. Absolutely loved our stay.

It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights.

The best hotel in Zermatt. The staff were so hospitable and friendly, the facilities were well-maintained and clean (we especially loved the wellness facilities) and enjoyed a Matterhorn view from our room. Loved every bit of our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were well-appointed and we were treated to a view of the Matterhorn from our room. We enjoyed a relaxing drink at the bar patio where the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items. A wonderful stay all around.

Closer to a lot of things and more convenient for me and my friends

Above all, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beyond that, I had a weeklong stay, and the hotel is a short walk to the Matterhorn gondola, restaurants, bars, everything.Very pleased with this stay.

Wonderful breakfast! Rooms were nice, but one of the reasons we booked here with the higher prices was the spa. It was not very extensive and is open only limited hours, where it doesn’t leave you much time to get a bit to eat after check in, and then use the spa. Disappointed in the hours of the spa. Open until at least 9pm would be helpful

It was absolutely amazing. Very family friendly. Great locations. Staff went above and beyond. Little touches made all the difference. Breakfast was the best we had in all of Switzerland. This hotel is highly recommended

Excellent food, ambience, bar, property. Loved the room and personalization. The owner is friendly and looks out for his guests although the staff beat him to it :)
