The communication with the Hotel was poor. It was tiring!

It was an easy check-in and out process with automated facial recognition and passcode system. It was difficult to drop off the bags before the check-in and communication around it (between WhatsApp and actual human being at the front desk) was not organized well. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable stay.

I like how they have a Face ID scanner and not everyone can come in. It was my second time staying in this place and I love it.

First, they will eat your brain with a teaspoon making you provide all the documents for all the guests, then they will flood your email and messenger with notifications and reminders about the documents (that were uploaded already). At the check-in day and time, you'll find out that your face couldn't be recognized by the scanner (good for you to have both guests registered, so maybe that's the point). And after that, you'll find stains on the towels and mold on the walls in the shower.  Ah! And the construction site right next to the building will start working at 7.30 am on Saturday

Everything was perfect! The studio was charming, the staff was friendly and cheerful, and the location was excellent. Will definitely visit again!

The check-in online process was a mess to get through, and even though we liked the property we’d probably avoid it in future because of that. The face recognition to enter the building felt invasive and often didn’t work. There’s no key to the rooms - it’s a long code that must be entered each time. Even to use the washer one had to download an app. Put simply, too much unnecessary tech. Rooms are small -double beds only but the tiny kitchenette was appreciated. Could use a tea towel in the kitchen. No facial tissues.

O hotel é bem limpo e a localização muito boa, o problema é que durante a estadia houve 4 casos diferentes de alarmes de incêndio disparados, algo que sequer foi bem esclarecido. Mas no geral, acomodações bem limpas e muito organizadas pela manutenção.

Pratos sujos, sem açucar para o café. Cama confortavel e chuveiro esquentando bem. Bairro tranquilo porem sem garagem. Estacionar na rua mesmo.

Localização boa, padaria, mercado, restaurantes além de acomodação excelente do quarto.

Foi qse tudo maravilhoso. Apenas alguns itens, tipo colocamos o cartão pedindo limp0ea e não foi feita. E chegamos um dia tinha um vazamento enorme no teto do banheiro, eles não ofereceram mudança de quarto. porem solicitei e fui prontamente atendida. de resto tudo maravilhoso, cama confortável, espaçoso, chuveiro otimo. voltarei com certeza e indicarei também aos amigos.

A limpeza quando eu cheguei deixou muito a desejar. O ambiente não estava bem limpo. O banheiro estava com as paredes todas sujas, e a esponja da cozinha ainda era a mesma da estadia anterior. Dessa vez. Deixaram muito a desejar!

Foi uma experiência razoável. O local é bem próximo ao metrô, as ruas são tranquilas. O ambiente estava limpo. Pontos a melhorar: comunicação confusa, pois recebi orientações para check-in em uma unidade diferente da que contratei. O isolamento térmico da unidade é péssimo, pois estava fazendo frio em SP e parecia que eu estava em um frigorífico, mesmo com o ar-condicionado desligado e a porta fechada. Há falta de detalhes que fazem toda a diferença, por exemplo: havia duas cápsulas de café e cafeteira, mas não havia açúcar. Havia água filtrada, mas não havia um recepiente para guardar água na geladeira. Há uma obra bem atrás do prédio que fiquei e os refletores dela ficam direcionados para a varanda do apartamento que me acomodei. É algo que perpassa a ingerência da acomodação, mas impacta na experiência do usuário.
