The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building is located in a very good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and right across the street from the train station. But note that if your apartment is in the front of the building with windows facing the train station, the outside noise can be very loud on the weekends. Additionally, there is the constant beeping of the traffic lights. I didn’t notice it at first, but it was endless for my husband and very annoying when the windows were open and we weren’t watching tv. No quiet time with the windows open. And there is no air conditioning, so open windows were necessary.

Our party included my elderly parents, sister and nephew. First, the airport train dropped us off directly across from the apartment. From there, it was an ease to get in and out of the place with check in instructions sent via email and text the day before. The 2 bedroom space is plenty for us as we're out roaming around all day (I had no problem at all sleeping on the sofa bed). The location of the Venders is top notch where we could walk everywhere. For destinations farther away, there are plenty of bikes to rent off the streets (via phone) or bike rental literally 5 steps from the front door. We also took the bus when my mother got a little tired. Oh, the place has an elevator so that was a huge plus for my mother. In addition, there's storage lockers in B2 in case you need to store items after check out and before heading to airport. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location and spacious apartment with modern amenities. Relatively quiet even for the location and great options for nearby bars, cafes, and shops.

Clean, responsive front desk. Area noisy, too many homeless people. Apartment has no storage, one cupboard had a vacuum in it. Had to live out of suitcase for 7 days. Housekeeping should be included for a 7 day stay. No instructions to operate appliance, put the garbage out. All in all very average,

Great location and service.

Our group of 5 had a 15 hour lay-over in Copenhagen on our way home and this hotel worked great for a place to sleep in a location where we could also see a few quick things in the city. Easy access on the metro or train from the airport to Norreport station.

We really enjoyed staying at Venders! The location was superb, next to the metro station and in a lively area near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was really nice, recently renovated, and comfortable beds. Also, Venders is a great option for families; we were provided with a traveling crib and high chair. The only downside, which is not unique to Venders, was that since there is no AC in most of Copenhagen, it was a bit warm at times but was a lot better after opening the windows during the day. We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Copenhagen!
