Just the pool was dirty but prob bc it’s about to be out of season

The hotel is old and has a bad smell. The hallways smelled terrible as well as the rooms. Once you’re in there for a while, of course you get use to it but when you leave and return, it’s the same thing all over again. The shore does not get hot at all. No matter how long you run the water. Beds were comfortable but the room and hallways smell terrible.

Clean and friendly staff!

I did not have hot water in my shower for my entire stay 9/7 - 9/10. I brought it to the attn of the front desk staff in which they offered to move me to another room; I declined as I was already unpacked and requested maintenance in lieu of moving rooms. The issue was never handled or fixed and took luke warm showers for the 3 nights. There was no follow-up or communication from the front desk.

Cleaning staff is kind of rude but otherwise it’s an okay place to stay

Not a great experience. We got there and the front desk associate wasn’t there for 10 minutes, then he couldn’t find our reservation for another 10 minutes because it was booked via 3rd party - they have my last name they should’ve been able to find it under that. The room smelled musty, there were candy wrappers on the ground and nails on the floor. The pool was closed and filled with algae. Breakfast was pretty good.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the tub would fill up with water and not go down until HOURS later! Couldn’t move me to another room. VERY POOR AND HORRIBLE. No one would answer the phone or be considerate and no housekeeping. WORST hotel I e ever been to in my life! I should’ve booked with Motel 6 because they more than likely would’ve been better than this dump.

This picture that they have posted for this hotel does not match the picture that’s in the website. Beds was dirty hotels was dirty ask front desk to have my room re clean no one never came in top of no one ever coming it was blood on my walls make up stains. Just to much to the point we couldn’t take it anymore we left a whole day early DO NOT RECOMMEND

The cleanliness outside and around the building was great! Walking into the building it smelled amazing and the breakfast area was great! The room was nice had small imperfections but there was hair visibily left under bathroom sink and the WiFi in the room didn’t work so the TV wouldn’t play! The staff didn’t answer or was at the desk when we went for help.

We didn’t have any hot water the entire stay. It was warm at best. The toilet started to leak from the bottom/side and I called the front desk. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff. I was headed out so I didn’t have time to stay and wait for room service to come. When I got back they had put a towel(that seemed to have mold or something on it) on the floor next to the toilet. No apology. No offer to change our room. Just nasty toilet water on the floor!!!! Stay elsewhere!

It was terrible and dirty, none working elevators and huge roaches everywhere

Our room had roaches and the WiFi was down. We were to scared after seeing a few roaches to go to sleep. We were in town for a concert & was disappointed overall.

The room was not clean , it was spot on the beds covers , the water was cold had to take cold showers , the phone didn't work and we didn't get no clean towels . There was no hot water at all It was very terrible never again

This place is dirty the rooms smell of mildew they don’t change you linens everyday one of my beds had something that looked like urine or blood stains and I had to purchase sheets to sleep on the pillows are all old and worn out

the staff is very friendly but the cleanliness of the hotel could use some work. they had terrible water pressure and the water was cold majority of the time.

The staff are great but the rates change every week .
