good location, walking distance to all shopping. Good breakfast.

Hotel and room was overall great. Had some exception days, 1 day water was off for maintenance, and a few times the Air conditioning was not working. hotel is in a great location and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location is good. There are many restaurants around. It's also close to the subway station.

Excellent stay

This hotel had many positive reviews, both on expedia and trip advisor; however, be careful and check the location before booking here. This location is terrible! Very far from both airports and even further away from downtown Shanghai. The commute by subway takes at least an hour, and there is absolutely nothing of interest in the surrounding area.

Very nice hotel (room, staff, even the cleaning staff welcome you in english). Breakfest buffet is nice (Asian style), only negative point is for western food, need more cooking (bacon is cook to fast, need more cooking) and are limited, the been and other thing are little cold (I think the stove under the food must be a little mor high). Staff are very nice and helpful, room are very clean, and pool-gym is very nice.

Hotel itself is maintained, clean and offers areas when you can relax and enjoy quiet music or have the solitude to read a book or review business reports. Restaurant is clean and quiet, staff is well trained, polite and friendly, food is excellent and offers quality options in either western or Asian cuisine. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

This is a hotel that you enjoy staying at, well kept up, friendly competent staff, clean rooms, located in an area where you can walk and enjoy the local environment.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed in and the price was very reasonable. The room was great and spotlessly clean - it even had a bath tub and separate shower and that was the cheapest room! My only complaint (and a minor one at that) was that the room would get quite hot and the AC wouldn't go any lower, so I had to leave my window open which I didn't mind too much. Either way I would definitely luv to stay here again.

The Air Condition is not adjustable per room. There is only a central AC for the entire hotel. We had to switch rooms because it became too warm in our room and we couldn't sleep at nights. Even after switching rooms, it was too warm. Our relatives staying in different rooms had similar experiences with the AC. So, this is a systemic problem. Would not stay at this hotel again.
