This hotel is very cool

It's safe, everyone is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. This is the third time I've booked a weekend stay here.

Honest Review for Reference Stayed on October 3, 2025 - 3D 2N Overall, very satisfying. The deluxe room is quite large. The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. All staff are friendly, including the security guard. FYI, What we found lacking is: To enter the swimming pool, you must wear a swimsuit (men are not allowed to go topless), perhaps this is the hotel's standard. Breakfast is free for children up to 4 years old, if I'm not mistaken; there's a 125,000 IDR charge for children beyond that. Will be back when visiting Lampung. Thank you for the hospitality.

Breakfast at the Grand Mercure Lampung Hotel is not delicious, the pempek is not tasty, the fish smells like it is not clean, the sushi has no variety and the rice used is plain rice and the shape is not good, the menu is very standard like a 3-star hotel, the room is good, quite spacious and quite clean. What needs improvement is the menu and taste of breakfast

The reception staff was very friendly. The security guard at the front desk wasn't very informative. I had a hard time checking in with a lot of luggage. If I was checking in from parking lot P1, I should have just dropped my luggage off at the front gate. They would have brought it to the 5th floor or waited for me at the gate. The sweet and sour fish soup was delicious. The salad bar was fresh, but the dressing needs to be improved. The restaurant staff were very helpful. Oh, and I hope the receptionist reminds you. If you're bringing a vehicle, I'll help you register your license plate. Just like other star-rated hotels, they always remind you.

Please help with parking. There are two security guards, but they won't help with parking even though it was crowded yesterday. There's no pool staff either. I wanted to ask for a pool towel, so I got it myself. Be nice to everyone else. The best

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable and clean just stayed overnight but it was very noisy like there was a handyman doing something noisy so my sleep was not good because of the disturbance. The rest is okay.

The hotel is enjoyable, we love the high ceiling and the ambience in room, the lobby, and hall way to the room. It is luxurious. The room is facing the sunrise. Very good. But we disapointed on the breakfast service, as if the dont well prepared. The variety is limited, the soto is cold (it should be hot), we had our breakfast at 8 am but the indomie was out. The staff was not understand what their provided in the breakfast menu.

Perfect experience hotel staycation luxury vibes, varied food, very strategic location, reasonable price, and tall building can see the urban atmosphere of Bandar Lampung from the room and is very impressive.
