Friendly staff, room clean, new vibe environment, everyday make up room, thanks The Payang Hotel

My hotel of choice every time I go to Kuala Terengganu. The staff service is very satisfactory. Although the room is small, it is still comfortable and complete. Parking facilities are also easily available even though it is not under the hotel's management. Highly recommended if you visit Kuala Terengganu.

Even windowless, the room didn't feel cramped as the layout, materials, and lighting were on point. It's just the room was NOT soundproof.

It's a new hotel and everything is new. But I got a room with no window. Hotel, please do mention on the website whether the room has a window or no window. The menu at the cafe is good and tasty.
