A pleasant experience. Checked in on the evening of the 16th around 10:00 PM. The front desk staff on duty were very helpful. The room was clean and the AC cooled down quickly, allowing me to rest quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, there was no hairdryer, and some of the power outlets in both rooms I used weren't working. This made it a bit of a hassle if I needed to use more than one charger or laptop. Anyway, everything was good and worth the price.

Overall, it's really okay, the mattress is also soft, the AC is really cool and clean, I like it, the only downside is that the room is noisy at night, it seems like people are having illegal racing, but it's really transparent up to the 7th floor, it's really a shame, but it's still okay for a family vacation, it's really nice, next time, God willing, I will come back again

Good, quite an improvement on check-in. Yesterday, check-in had to be at 2:00 PM, so people were queuing. Yesterday, it wasn't... but I don't know, because I arrived close to 2:00 PM. Please pay attention to the clarity of the swimming pool. Only one of the two elevators for hotel guests is working; it's been out of service for a long time. Meals... good.

Good, interesting, there is also a playground

This is my third stay here, primarily due to the water dispenser and the gym, which has excellent equipment. The gym also has drinking water, a TV, and air conditioning. However, this third staycation was less than impressive because the water dispenser in the hallway was no longer available. The gym equipment has been replaced, and many of the equipment is problematic. There's no drinking water, the AC is out, and the TV is dead.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad I chose to stay here, and I really appreciated that they spoke to me in Thai, my native language. It made me feel truly impressed.
