Got free upgrade to Skyline View Room by Ms. Ajeng (I hope I mentioned it right)! She was very friendly and help me when I checked in. The room is absolutely great! The food is a little bit pricey but the taste is very demure! I will definitely back to stay at Ashley Tugu Tani!

The staff are all friendly. The facilities are complete. The family loft rooms are very kid-friendly. The only thing lacking is the playground, which is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, as we stayed on a weekday.

A newly built hotel. It has a nice ambiance, comfortable rooms, a strategic location, and quite complete facilities. Furthermore, there is a laundry room that guests can use. The staff is also friendly, and check-in didn't take long (assisted by Ms. Berlian). Things that need improvement are the breakfast variety, which needs to be expanded (not worth it for 170 thousand Rupiah) and the addition of a dryer so guests don't have to queue too long to dry their clothes.

Lovely time at this hotel 😍 hotel scent was nice and experienced comfy ambience. Functional equipments in the room. The breakfast food was standard with limited varieties. Helpful staff when checking in but not so much when checking out.

The location is simply the best, accessible by commuter line (KRL) or TransJakarta, close to Monas (National Monument), and so on. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with all the cool decor, making it a real treat for the eyes. There are plenty of sports facilities, so even the kids can enjoy the space.

We have pleasant stay in the Family Loft room to celebrate birthday! The staff was friendly and fast response. All facilities were clean and functioning. The breakfast buffet could be more varied and local authentic light meal could be added.
