clean, friendly, nice and comfortable, really like the place

Clean and spacious room. Not far from Green Office Park. There are choices of food but not that tasty.

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, the spread of food was good and the food was tasty (with indomee and egg station). The room is okay, soundproofing was not that great as I could hear the shower sound when neighbors used the washroom. Also, the washroom was missing hand soap. Overall still satisfied with my stay.

room is great, staff is great. hotel is very clean generally. however nothing is perfect 1) the soundproofing is really bad, i could hear the opposite room alarm vibration so clearly at 6 am, the top room has children hence the children stomping can be heard pretty clearly. 2) the shower can be tricky as the water gets too hot and there is not much way to control it even by pushing to the right. But you feel safe in this hotel, it is very near aeon, staff will be there to assist and are friendly

Towel is always having a very musky smell. Room is not sound proof - can hear next door movement very loudly

A good overall hotel but the AC took a very long time to cool the room down, and I had to sleep on two single beds put together instead of a queen which wasn’t as comfortable. Overall though I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Comfortable place to stay and good facilities

The atmosphere is pleasant, clean but the room is not soundproof, so it is disturbing.

The hotel is very comfortable. Because the parking lot to the lobby is quite far, so you can get picked up by a car. The lobby area, room, bathroom, and even the swimming pool are clean. The breakfast is mostly Indonesian, but perhaps needs to be improved in taste. Checkout time is fast, but check-in time takes quite a while. But it's still the best stay here because the area around the hotel is still beautiful and coincidentally got a room facing the swimming pool, toll road, and tall buildings so the ambiance is even more steady.

The hotel was nice overall! The room was super clean and smelled great. Just wish the breakfast had more variety and the staff could understand English a bit better.

The room service is good, it has 20% discount during the dinner time, but the flooding of the room I stay is leaking, I cannot believe the quality of the hotel founded less than 2 years, please have a check for all the rooms😢

Love it here! I really want to come back next time💗🥰 because yesterday there was a wedding and I didn't have time to try the indoor playground and the facilities for watching movies, karaoke, and so on.

Everything is okay except that checking in takes a long time. I've stayed here several times and I've never been able to get in straight away when I checked in even though I was already in a suite. Breakfast was just so-so.

A comfortable hotel to stay, close to Serpong Station, Aeon BSD Mall, Ice BSD, and BSD Brezze, quiet and clean rooms, food with a varied menu, delicious taste, suitable for a staycation with family and friends.
