complete package especially for family vacation..there is a playground, swimming pool, restaurant, delicious food..breakfast is not too much choice but the taste is good and satisfying..not yet when I got home, I was given a free box of donuts from the bakery..I will definitely come back to stay here again

The staff was very friendly and kind. The price is quite expensive considering the room, but the breakfast was very complete and delicious, the hospitality was very professional, there was a gift upon check-out, the parking lot was spacious, the room design was aesthetic, and the location was strategic. One suggestion for improvement is the bathroom; it was too narrow and the walls were not fully tiled, making it feel stuffy.

It's no surprise that Hotel Bountie is always full, especially on weekends. One reason is the hotel's artistic design, which makes guests want to stay longer. The atmosphere of their breakfast room, which also doubles as a restaurant, is very cozy. Furthermore, they also have several restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and cafes within the hotel complex. This is a plus point that I think other hotels rarely have. What's also special is the gift of food from the hotel upon check-out (brownies and other pastries). This is also something extraordinary that the hotel provides, making guests feel very cared for and appreciated, which ultimately makes them return to Hotel Bountie. Perhaps the only downside is the size of the hotel rooms, which are a bit small for a family (couple - 2 people). A 3-star hotel certainly won't have rooms as large as a 4-star hotel. However, at least the hotel could rearrange the furniture so that guests will feel like their rooms are larger. Overall, our family feels that if we vacation in Sukabumi again, Hotel Bountie will be our first choice.
