I booked this hotel far from the center because it had a relaxing view and the photos looked clean and ok. The outside looked ok until I moved in and the toilet smelled like sewage... the outside also had an unpleasant smell... When I took a shower, from the tub to the inside, the hot water kept turning off halfway and it was cold. The towels, blankets, and pillows were so old that I didn't dare use them, luckily I brought towels.

Hotel in West Lake area near Lotte Mall West Lake, the surrounding area has many beautiful cafes, the old town is a bit far. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel is a bit hidden, but that's not a big problem. The location is opposite West Lake, surrounded by many beautiful coffee shops for you to check in. Clean room, comfortable.

So good, late check-in, 14:30 the room is not ready, I must waiting for cleaning but thank you for support late check-out at 12:45. The room is clean so late but it’s just feedback for comeback again

Booked for my sister because the room photos and reviews were ok but the room smelled bad and was not clean. The price is not even as good as a normal motel.
