This is a very good hotel located in the centre of Manchester close to the tram station in St Peter’s square making it a great place to get around. The only issue I had was a member of staff came into my room late at night uninvited. I raised this at reception as it was completely unacceptable

For my first visit to Manchester I couldn’t have selected a more central hotel. It has friendly staff, is clean, comfortable and has a large public lounge with a bar. My only reservations - the room was dark with a large office across a fairly narrow street opposite, and there were only paper cups. It’s definitely value for the money I paid.

The welcome by reception was poor

Hotel is modern clean and quiet plus the staff were friendly and helpful only negative is they don’t give you any water for in the room apart from that the room was lovely and a nice big shower.We will stay here again on our next trip to Manchester.

The hotel was fine and slept well. Morning staff at reception was not accommodating even when she realised I could miss my train. I asked for the invoice to claim for compensation (delayed flight) but got nowhere. Service was a total disappointment and I felt they catered to other people better so there was also that bias.

The stay was pleasant, with everything conveniently within walking distance is definitely the highlight. The room had a nice ambience as well. For anyone visiting Manchester, this hotel is a great choice. The staff were very kind and accommodating; they even looked after our luggage after checkout since our train was later in the day. Overall, a very good experience.

Fantastic stay for a fantastic price.

Wheelchair user here and I booked a wheelchair accessible room, while the room had pull cords it was very small and I struggled to move around. My main issue was the bathroom, the room was booked for 2 nights and while it was a wet room there was no chair to transfer. My chair is electric but even if it were manual I wouldn't go inside the shower I would still need a transfer to. Some hotels have a free standing chair, others it's fitted to the shower wall. There was nothing, leaving me to wash sat on the toilet removing dignity. I spoke to the hotel reception, my mobile number and email address was taken but noone bothered to call. Disabled people need facilities to be meaningful and tested by disabled people. Apart from this the hotel was clean and staff friendly.

My favorite hotel of my trip- room was the perfect size for 1, (maybe a bit small for 2) modern, clean, the only criticism I have is the “hair/body wash” was the only item provided in the shower- I have long thick hair and absolutely needed proper shampoo and conditioner which I went out and bought- that cheap stuff doesn’t cut it to wash a real head of hair. Everything else was great!

I paid £78 which for the quality of hotel, and the location was absolutely incredible value. Room was beautifully finished and the bed was so comfortable. Can’t ask for much more with that price - the lobby are is also beautiful

Receptionist was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. So quiet yet so central. Bar room was v helpful. Ill stay again!

Bed was comfortable, air con worked really well which was a big help with how warm it was.
