Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

Thank you Miguel and Dennis for all your help in our stay. You both made our stay truly wonderful making sure we had everything we needed at every moment. The hotel clearly has great service, the room was great and view to the Macau tower was memorable. I'm not exaggerating, this is the best hotel I've ever been!!

Nice stay. Breakfast too expensive though

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a Pop Mart and Cafe Kitsune too which was bonus for me. The onsen suite we had was really nice.
