My Points

Asking for additional fees outside the booking of 180 thousand per night.

Meminta biaya tambah di luar booking sebesar 180 ribu permalam.

Actually, there was no significant problem regarding the room. I just had to pay extra (100 thousand) when I was at the hotel with the excuse that "the application didn't want to increase the price". I mean, somehow I have to get involved in your problems.

Sebenarnya ga ada masalah yang berarti kalo soal kamar nya. Cuma saya harus bayar extra (100rb) saat di hotel dengan alasan"aplikasinya gamau naikin harga". Maksudnya kaya entah kenapa saya harus terlibat di permasalahan kalian.

Located near a big mall. Full of facilities around. The room wasn't clean enough, many stains and bugs. Need more maintenance for the unit rented, but everything else is OK.
