Overall actually great ambiance and room space. Just a couple of small bad things that can be easily solved. Check-in time was delayed by 45 minutes. Reception staff very friendly but sometimes gave wrong instructions. The room lacked sufficient toilet rolls, no hair dryer, no floor mat, and a few ants crawling at the back of the table near the bed. Otherwise overall is OK. The location is amazing as close to other areas in Nagoya.

Staff and cleanliness. But last night I was in trouble so I couldn't watch it, so I called the hotel. But the hotel told me to wait. Until I checked, there was no news from them and I couldn't watch the TV either.

Nice place to stay. Location in the middle of Batam so anywhere is nearby. This hotel is surrounded by plenty of foods 🥰. Love it. Will be back another time.

The room is nice and clean, the staff is also friendly. It's just a shame there is no hair dryer and the room is not very soundproof, besides that the toilet is hard to dry and the jetspray is very strong. At least a room at this price already has a hair dryer.

Ando Hotel is located in the Nagoya area of Batam and is located on the main road, so it's easy to find. In addition, the condition of the building is new. Overall, during my stay there, it was quite satisfying
