The AC in the room wasn’t working properly when we contacted the front desk they sent someone but nothing change. The room was smaller than in the pictures but we were only staying for one night so it was ok.

Only comment was I didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy a coupon for breakfast I should have bought one the day before so I had to go to the Ramada down the road and paid cash for breakfast, very odd.

I booked this hotel because it was very close to Gimpo Airport and it was my first time in Seoul so I needed to just get a good night sleep at a clean and affordable hotel and it was very clean and cozy. Loved the bathroom and bedroom had enough space to recharge. I was travelling from Osaka and needed to do my Laundry and this hotel had a nice Laundry and was able to have a full case of clean clothes I was unable to do in Japan so thank you for offering this service. The only discomfort I had was, the AC was off because of the time of yr I think all the Hotels in South Korea set their AC on Auto throughout the 4 seasons but my room had a huge enough window I could open and got lovely fresh air from the river. The only things I did not like was they don't offer the swimming pool area to all guest. It's the first hotel I booked where they charge extra for hotel and extra for additional towels. I think is you remove these and offer to all guest, it would be a better experience. The convenience store was very convenient but there is nothing nearby and no public transportation. I loved that there were English speaking staffs available. Overall I good stop for a few nights if you are just arriving in Seoul from Gimpo Airpot.

Dirty room and overall property. Carelessness is so evident everywhere. Breakfast buffet quality was very poor - types of food and the quality and taste were bad

Overall facility was ok. Amenities were poor. Swimming pool opens too late

My room was dirty, then they changed after I complained. No chair in room, I asked for it. Receptionist told me will send chairs immediately. Unfortunately they don’t provide chairs.

It is a bit isolated, not too much around, but good view on the river and a Premium Outlet at a 10 minute walk. The room was too hot as the AC was not functioning, luckily I was able to open the window.

Clean property and nice staff. But public transportation isn’t available. Dining at or near hotel is not available too. Quite some walks.

수영장 운영방식이 폭우가 쏟아져도 30분이 지나면 실내로 이동불가. 한번 정하면 그대로 끝! 또한 sns의 수영장과 완전 다름. 인피니티풀이 진짜 작음 진짜 폭이 좁음 사진 찍는 용아니면 수영할 생각이면 절대적으로 아님 조식은 가격대비 타 리조트나 비지니스 호텔에 비해 너무 별로임 먹을거 자체가 없음 차라리 가짓수를 적게 하더라도 음식간의 조화를 맞추면 그나마 나을듯한데…아무래도 한국사람이 운영하는 호텔은 아닌듯 한국사람이 운영하면 저렇게 음식을 구성 할수가 없을듯 객실은 일부러 비싼방을 했는데…베개에서 냄새 올라옴 재방문의사 없음

入室時に水回りが汚れていることが気になった。他は悪くなかったため、清掃をきちんとすればさらに良くなる。 また、16時台の空港からのシャトルバスが見つからず結局タクシーでチェックインすることになり追加費用がかかったのが少し残念でした。
