The location is a little bit far from Market Central. The apartment was good, and clean. If you stay more than 3 days, then you may get free home service. I suggest that this building should be equipped with laundry service.

good for family to stay while getting treatment at damansara 2 hospital

The place is new. All facilities are clean and comfortable. However it was not quite easy for e-hailing driver to find the entrance to this place. We had to walk around to the back of the building where we alighted. Checking in and out was smooth. The staff were very helpful.

unpleasant smell in toilet. need to wash it off before using toilet. got two bottle shower bath but no shampoo. hotel mentioned will get dental kit in toilet, but didn't have any. and last, the lamp and fan switches to low, my kid keeps playing it. dangerous for them. the place is strategic, parking is huge, customer service is good. recommended

an hour from kidzania to the hotel, 6 times confused looking for the hotel... also an hour calling the hotel number to ask for directions, no one picked up... a very bad experience... the hotel is beautiful, clean, the hotel has only been operating for 6 months, but..... the customer service is very very bad when we need guidelines....
