The staff is friendly and quick to help when asked. The location is great, but the facilities and breakfast are so-so, not bad considering this is just a hostel, not a hotel. The only downside is that the dormitory is located on the lowest floor (a semi-basement), so it's really cold. And because the bathroom and locker room are separate from the dormitory, you have to go through the lobby/dining area, which is where other staff and guests are, which is uncomfortable.

What I liked about staying in this hostel was its location, room comfortability, the free-flowing water, and the free breakfast. However, the location of the lockers was outside the room, which hindered their convenient use for accessing our belongings.
