The location and service were excellent. However, the room and bathroom facilities need to be improved, as they seemed less than clean. The shower also seemed problematic, with the water temperature fluctuating between cold and hot.

The only hotel inside the airport terminal, so it is suitable as a transit hotel to take a short break before continuing the journey, everything is good from the service etc., the only drawback is that the airport terminal has been renovated, the reception has also been renovated but the rooms are still old, and the distance from the reception to the rooms is quite far.

A top-rated hotel for transit in Makassar. Located on the second floor of the airport, it's easily accessible. One small drawback is that the sink's cold water flow is very small. When you turn on the hot water, the water comes out quickly but very hot.

The sheets smelled of drool, the toilet flush didn't work, and the lights were dim. Those of us who were tired and checked in at 11 p.m. couldn't sleep because the room was in poor condition.

Access to the hotel is getting further away. Due to airport renovations, transit passengers are allowed to stay overnight. Unfortunately, the hotel isn't very clean; it seems the sheets aren't changed often. There's no soap for showering or washing hands. Management needs a lot of improvement.

Upon check-in, the staff seemed preoccupied with the radio even though they were actually handling a guest. The hotel's directions from the transit point were very limited, so I had to ask the people at the airport several times.

Frendly staff, Nice front desk. Dirty rooms, no fresh air. Would never take a shower. However, if you want to sleep a few hours before an early flight? Just fine.
